Travelling from Dublin –
Travel on the M7 route from Dublin and leave the motorway at Junction 26. Note you can leave from junction 24 but junction 26 will bring you more directly. Coming in off Junction 26, you should travel straight through 4 roundabouts. Immediately after the 4th roundabout, you will see an entrance on your left to a Centra Foodstore. Just opposite you will see a right hand turn, which you should take – travel straight on and take the 1st left turn –Williamsferry are located up this road on the right hand side where you will see an entrance sign to the bed and breakfast carpark.
Travelling from Shannon Airport or Limerick –
As you leave Shannon Airport, follow the signs for Limerick which is well signposted. You will initially be travelling on route N18 and will pass Bunratty on your left as you travel towards Limerick. You will travel through the N18 toll (sighnposted the Limerick-East toll). At Junction 1 (Rosbrien Interchange, continue forward onto the M7 motorway signposted for Dublin . You will now be travelling on the route to Nenagh – Leave the M7 at junction 26. As you take the slip road into Nenagh town, you will travel straight through 4 roundabouts. Immediately after the 4th roundabout, you will see an entrance on your left to a Centra Foodstore. Travelling from Thurles –
Travel on Route 498 from Thurles to Nenagh. As you approach the town you will pass Nenagh hospital on your right as you travel towards the town. When you approach a roundabout, travel straight through until you reach a set of traffic lights. At the lights turn left and then take the 2nd turn right. You have reached William Street and Williamsferry are located up this street on the left. As you approach the house, drive around the corner to your left and enter gateway for carpark.
Travelling from Galway or Athlone –
Travel on N52 travelling via Borrisokane towards Nenagh. As you approach Nenagh, you will meet a main roundabout –
take 1st left turn off this roundabout and travel straight through 2 further mini roundabouts into town until you reach a set of traffic lights (you will see Bank of Ireland on this right hand corner).
At the lights, travel straight through and take the 2nd turn right. You have reached William Street and Williamsferry is located up this street on the left.
As you approach the house, drive around the corner to your left and enter gateway for Williamsferry B&B carpark.
Travelling from Killaloe/Ballina –
Travelling the lakeside drive on Route 494, you will travel through the village of Portroe and straight on until you approach Nenagh.
As you arrive towards Nenagh you will, travel straight through 2 roundabouts. After the 2nd roundabout you will approach a junction where you have to Stop.
At this stage you will see the finger sign directing you straight through to Williamsferry which is located straight through onto William Street –
Williamsferry is located half way down this street on the on the right hand side. As you approach the house, turn to the right , you will notice a right turn which has access to the B&B carpark.
Note the alternative route from Killaloe/Ballina to Nenagh is to travel towards Birdhill and connect back onto the M7 travelling on the Dublin route – exit at Junction 26 towards Nenagh.
