Breakfast is to be enjoyed and we ensure that it is one to remember
From 7.30am or earlier and up until 10am you can enjoy a freshly cooked breakfast with a great selection of cereals, fruits, yogurts and the wonderful homemade brown bread.
Light meals and packed lunches are available on request.

Full Irish Breakfast (succulent pieces of bacon, egg, sausages, black and white pudding and tomato)
Scrambled Egg with Salmon & granished with chives
Scrambled Egg on Toast
Boiled Egg (to your liking)
Vegetarian (Tomato, Mushroom & Scrambled Egg)
French Toast with choice of Maple Syrup or Honey
Homemade Brown Bread, White Bread and Toast
Tea (incl. Herbal Teas) or Coffee

You can ask for a demonstration and recipe for the homemade brown bread which is a real favourite with our guests.
Brian and his daughter Louise have both attended Ballymaloe Cookery School and are passionate about good homecooked food so much so that Louise is currently pursuing her further studies in Culinary Arts in Cork.
During Spring and Summer, you can enjoy the garden at Williamsferry and see the home grown organic fruits and vegetables in the garden beds that Brian has developed.
Brian is happy to share his knowledge of what he has learnt so far with guests who may have an interest in same.
